Here's how to best prepare for your QHHT® session.
We aim for the best results. You will not leave empty handed.
This is the fun part.
A QHHT® hypnotherapy session is meant to last an average of 5 hours. I’ve created some tips to help you get the most out of this experience. No one leaves empty handed and often the results pleasantly take us by surprise! You will also receive a recording of your session afterwards to listen to.
Before your session:
Write down your questions you want to ask your Higher Self. The average is 15- 20, but there is no rule. We will review them together. (Don’t be shy, this is an opportunity to get answers, there is no judgement.)
Avoid caffeine and heavy foods. This is so you are able to be as light and relaxed as possible. Otherwise go on as normal, and no mind altering substances.
Raise your mood! Listen to your favorite music, a funny podcast, or exercise. This is to calm the nerves, and open the mind for a positive experience.
During:
Prevent possible distractions. Clear your day and let loved ones know you’ll be in a session for a few hours. Phones will be silenced and put away to avoid disruption.
Relax and get comfortable. We’ll be going over events, people, and any imbalance that is present in your life. The aim is to have you leave better than you arrived.
After:
Drink water. Never underestimate the power of water, refresh and reflect. It’s also a great way to purify oneself.
Listen to your session. This is important. When you’re ready, find a quiet place to listen to your session with an open heart. Much of the magic of QHHT® is in listening to your own words in the recording I give to you.
